California, knows how to party… and how to keep a smile on residents faces.
The personal-finance website WalletHub came out with their 2017 Happiest Places To Live list and it’s safe to say California dominated the top 10.
Researchers used data from 150 of the nation’s largest cities. Evaluations looked at 30 metrics within three main categories: emotional and physical well-being, income and employment, and community and environment.

2. San Jose, Calif.
3. Irvine, Calif.
4. San Francisco, Calif.
5. Sioux Falls, S.D.
6. Huntington Beach, Calif.
7. San Diego, Calif.
8. Oakland, Calif.

10. Washington, D.C.
